The attractorpoint is defined from a point in Rhino which is able to move. The attractor point moves the radius of the diagonal line. The rotation angle is limited to move between 30 degrees and 150 degress. The rotation closest to the attractor point rotates the most (150 degrees) where as the rotationpoint furthest away from the attractorpoint rotates the least (30 degress)
